THE FARM TRECASE is
our life and our passion; farmers for generations,
we grow fruit and vegetables and use
our own workrooms for processing. We process
only our own products: fresh, cultivated
using only natural methods of pest control; they are processed
completely free from any artificial colourants,
preservatives or additives. Semi-processed
products and concentrates are never utilised.
Once out of the workrooms, the products
go immediately to
the packaging department. Everything is
done by hand. |

CULTIVATION AND CROPS:
The
farm, that covers 200 hectares (500 acres),
is dedicated to growing cereals, vegetables, fruit (2,000 tons per year) and to honey production. The same bees that provide
our honey pollinate our fruit trees. |

PROCESSING:
We process the products of our land in the
periods marked by the seasons when they
are fresh and at the right point of ripeness.
All is done in accordance with the new regulations
and standards that govern identification
and traceability; this means checks and
inspection during the entire operation,
from cultivation to final processing. |

ABSOLUTE QUALITY:
We have imposed, on our traditional family
methods of production, health and quality
controls carried out by an outside organisation:
the Parma Experimental Station of the Food
Preservation Industry (a national institution
controlled by the Ministry of Agricultural
and Forestry Policy ), that guarantees the
cleanliness of the fresh products and the
absence of any additives in the finished
products. Our choice is always to aim at
top quality. |

THE FAMILY
The Fracasso family, proprietors and administrators
of the Tre Case farm, is composed of Gianna,
Mother and General Manager; Reno, Father,
Doctor in Agricultural Sciences; the sons
Francesco and Paolo who have followed
in their father’s footsteps. The
farm is deep in the Venetian countryside
and the family is happy to receive you
and surprise you with the quality and
deliciousness of their products. |
